Your order will be delivered within 5 business days at the latest within Istanbul. Please check your delivery address before placing your order.<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Cargo shipping fees vary for out of town.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pursuant to the relevant legislation, service providers (postal-cargo companies) shall record the name, surname, Turkish ID number (passport number for foreign nationals, the number of an equivalent document with international validity, or the number of a document issued by the competent authorities of the Republic of Turkey that identifies the identity of the recipient) of the recipient at least at the stage of delivery of the mail to the recipient and shall keep it confidential for at least two years in order to submit it to the relevant authorities when necessary. While the refunded amount is reflected on credit cards within 1-3 business days on average, this process may take longer for cash cards depending on your bank.
