You can request a return by filling out the Return Request Form within 14 days of your order’s delivery date.<\/p>\n

14-Day Return Policy
\n<\/strong> To return items, please fill out the return request form and send it back with your order within 14 days of receiving it. For a product to be eligible for return, it must be unused, in its original packaging, and undamaged in any way.<\/p>\n

In-Store Exchanges
\n<\/strong>You can exchange products purchased from Mozaikdesign.com for any other product of your choice at Mozaik stores within 14 days. In-store exchanges are valid for products in-store. Refunds
\n<\/strong>Provided that the products you return meet the return criteria, refund processing will be completed within 3 business days and the funds will be transferred to your bank. The refunded amount typically appears on credit cards within 1\u20133 business days; however, for debit cards, this process may take longer depending on your bank.
