The Belleville Chair Plastic consists of two components: a frame structure made of plastic and a wooden seat. The thin black frame, following the calligraphic lines of the legs and back, supports a thin shell that tapers from a wide seating surface to a narrow backrest. The seat shell contrasts with the existing frame, available in different colors (cream, basalt, teal and moss grey) or in a dark black monochrome.<\/p>\n
Loosely based on French coffee house culture, the Vitra Belleville Plastic Chair can be stacked up to 6 pieces. Therefore, the Vitra chair is not only suitable for private use, but also for object space, cafes, waiting rooms or other interiors where chairs can be stored in a space-saving way if necessary.<\/p>\n
The 2-component structure of the chair offers many possibilities of arrangement. The frame is made of black plastic, while the seat frame is available in various materials and finishes. As a plastic variant, the Chair with matching seat shell is available in 5 different colors and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
