Hang It All Coat Rack

Designed in 1953, the Vitra Hang It All coat rack is one of Ray and Charles Eames’ most famous designs and is rightly described as a design classic.

Originally designed as a children’s clothes hanger, the Vitra classic, as the name ‘Hang it all’ suggests, featured colorful wooden balls to encourage children to hang all their belongings: jackets, toys, skates, dolls and backpacks. ‘Hang it all’ with its colorful wooden balls is a cheerful alternative to traditional coat hooks, not only for children’s rooms.

But the last few decades have shown that the classic Hang it all coat rack is a cheerful and functional alternative even outside the children’s room.

Originally designed by Ray Eames, today it is faithfully reproduced by Vitra.

This makes the Hang it all hanger not only an interior design classic, but also a great gift.
