Shipping is free for all your lighting and accessory product orders.

All products you purchase from are packaged by the Mozaik Delivery Team in accordance with the procedures and delivered to you within 5 business days. Your order will be delivered within 5 business days at the latest within Istanbul. Please check your delivery address before placing your order.

Cargo shipping fees vary for out of town.

Pursuant to the relevant legislation, service providers (postal-cargo companies) shall record the name, surname, Turkish ID number (passport number for foreign nationals, the number of an equivalent document with international validity, or the number of a document issued by the competent authorities of the Republic of Turkey that identifies the identity of the recipient) of the recipient at least at the stage of delivery of the mail to the recipient and shall keep it confidential for at least two years in order to submit it to the relevant authorities when necessary. If the recipient does not want to provide identification information, the shipment will not be delivered and will be returned to the sender.

You can request a return by contacting our customer relations within 14 days from the delivery date of your order.

Right of Return within 14 Days: You can return the products you want to return by filling out the return form and sending it back with the product within 14 days from the date you receive the order. In order for the product to be returned, it must be unused, unpackaged or not damaged or lost its originality for any reason.

Exchange from the Store: You can exchange the products you purchased from for any product you wish from Mozaik stores within 14 days. In-store exchange is valid for products in store stock.

Refund: If the products you return comply with the return conditions, the refund transactions will be completed within 3 business days and sent to your bank. While the refunded amount is reflected on credit cards within 1-3 business days on average, this process may take longer for cash cards depending on your bank. Refunds of installment payments are made in installments in accordance with bank processes. You can follow the refund process by contacting your bank.
