Mayday is the ultimate mission lamp. Created in 1999 by German designer Konstantin Grcic, the cone-shaped reflector, which attaches to a handle, a hook and a winding rope, can be hung from a bedpost, hung over a kitchen table or used as a flashlight to find your belongings. In Grcic’s own studio, you can find the adorable lamp attached to a heating pipe, perched on a bookshelf or illuminating the designer’s desk as he sketches.
