Tekiò, which means adaptation in Japanese, combines old craftsmanship techniques with Warm to Dim LED technology that allows control of intensity and color temperature. Tekiò’s highly technical lighting structures are carefully crafted with handmade paper. Depending on the combination chosen, different linear shapes of various sizes can be obtained.

It is inspired by the traditional Japanese lantern made of washi paper, which dates back to the turn of the century and has now become an object in the daily life of the Japanese. Handmade Washi paper is flexible and ductile, even malleable. It has a warm texture that filters a soft, subdued light.
