Toio is the humorous translation of the English word toy by Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni. Designed in 1962, this model remains popular today thanks to its timeless details. It has a height adjustable body. The lamp emits indirect light through a diffuser that looks like a car headlight. The telescopic head emits a powerful light, the intensity of which can be adjusted by means of an electronic dial dimmer on the cable.
The contemporary floor lamp was designed by brothers Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni, inspired by a car headlight.
