M64 Pendant
Designed by Miguel Milá, this lamp was awarded the Golden Delta in 1964. It marked the beginning of the recognition of Spanish design as a professional discipline. On the occasion of the fiftieth anniversary of this milestone, Santa Cole has re-included it in its catalog. In 2023, Santa Cole commissioned Barcelona-based colorist and artist Claudia Valsells for a chromatic study of this lamp. The collaboration resulted in a combination of eight colors: English green, reddish orange, navy blue, cream yellow, stone gray, classic pure red, off-white and deep black. This palette reveals a new visual and emotional perception of the M64. It continues to demonstrate the timelessness of Miguel Milá’s designs.
