Charles and Ray Eames enriched the collage-like interior of their private home, the Eames House, with many objects and accessories they brought back from their travels.
For more than seventy years, a wooden figure of a bird stood in the center of the living room – an artifact obviously treasured by the couple, as it often appeared as an accessory in photographs taken by Charles and Ray.
The Eames House Bird is available in walnut as well as the classic black lacquered version in solid alder.
