Frank Gehry
Born in Toronto in 1929, Gehry has spent his career pushing boundaries and exploring what architects can do. After studying at UCLA, he earned a Master of Design degree from Harvard University. He has taught at Harvard and Yale universities and is a member of the American Institute of Architects. Frank Gehry was awarded the prestigious Pritzker Architecture Prize in 1972. His Easy Edges collection of furniture made of thick cardboard pushed the boundaries of using new materials in furniture production.
