Originally designed in 1957 for the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen, the AJ Lamp is among Arne Jacobsen’s most important design icons. The product family originally consisted of a floor lamp, a wall lamp, a table lamp and a smaller table lamp, as well as a table lamp designed to be attached to a table. The AJ Mini Table Lamp has an iconic, graphic expression that harmonizes wonderfully with Jacobsen’s design style and contrasts with the curvature of some of the furniture in the SAS Royal Hotel. The lamp’s timeless design allows it to blend into any interior, and over the years the color palettes have been adapted to suit modern interior trends. The anniversary edition features a brass body and the shade is painted in a pale rose color that provides a soft, warm light on the inside.
