The Colosseo Side Table by Naoto Fukasawa for B&B Italia seamlessly enters the highly successful product category of furniture items that change function according to the situation and need.
For Colosseo, this means transforming from a coffee table to a side table to a pouf.
When designing this table, Fukasawa thought of a solid in the form of an upside-down truncated cone, illuminated by the arch-shaped grooves that define the surface, an echo of the design’s famous Roman arena. Made of rigid polyurethane painted in several bright colors, Colosseo is available in two sizes.
