Designed in 1970 by André Ricard. Its name is a reference to the artist Lucio Fontana, who challenged art history by cutting his neat oil paintings. Santa Cole presents Fontana in a new floor version with a white painted steel finish. The pendant version, the first, retains its futuristic look thanks to the good size of its larger-than-half sphere and its prominent peripherally illuminating slit that allows for soft indirect lighting.
