Phenomena Floor Lamp
Inspired by basic geometric shapes, the name chosen for this collection comes from the Greek word meaning ‘appearances’. According to Plato’s teachings, phenomena are only temporary images of eternal and perfect forms and are therefore inherently unreal. A proper name for objects made of glass, a material that is both hard and flexible, at the same time strong but fragile.
These stunningly sized luminaires are hand-blown into custom-made forms that combine both clear and colored glass. The color gradient is created by slowly blowing the molten mass. The smooth shape of the crystal light is emphasized by the sophisticated polished assembly, highlighting the perfect blend of material and aesthetics.
