Inspired by the game of chess with their curved shapes, Re and Regina are the key characters of the chessboard. Vertical King (Re), horizontal Queen (Regina). They can be placed side by side or at different points in the same room, they can be used as floor lamps or table lamps, on a coffee table or desk, both Re and Regina create a context. They also find a place as glass sculptures in environments illuminated by natural light throughout the day.
Re and Regina draws inspiration from art history, right up to the conceptual images of Marcel Duchamp playing chess as a way of life.
