Designed in 2009 by Vincenzo de Cotiis, the DC 225/290 sofa takes its name from the two different sizes it comes in. Part of the same series as the DC 90 armchair, this armchair shares its philosophy and design style.

The American walnut is a strong tree species. It is tough and long-lasting, able to withstand extreme heat and cold. While this makes it a great wood for outdoor furniture, it also means it can be used indoors for a lifetime or longer.
With its strong architectural stance, it creates a real island of comfort in the living room. Made of solid American walnut, the x-shaped frame is slightly curved and elegantly surrounds the deep seat with its two or four/five cushioned backrest.
