In his latest creations for Acerbis, Giacomo Moor gives the high version of the Alterego console a sense of “hovering” posture with impressive design intelligence.
The full-length sliding lid gives the impression that it carries all the weight, when in fact it is supported by the transparent methacrylate base. The contrast between the wood and the hand-brushed metal emphasizes the handcrafted character of the console.
The two models have the same dimensions and structural features, but the asymmetrical placement of the sliding door makes each one unique and creates an ideal match for use together.
