Angelina Kitchen

Promemoria presents a new interpretation of the Angelina kitchen for Milan Design Week 2026: spacious, full of light, a space designed to encourage and support hospitality.

Reflective surfaces and wide openings soften boundaries, while organic forms and softened edges create a seamless dialog between indoors and outdoors.

The heart of the kitchen is an island defined by organic forms in direct dialog with the open cooking area. Smaller complementary islands surrounding this central core further enhance the functionality of the space, integrating functions such as the bar and sink.

Volumes and sculptural forms alternate along the islands’ perimeters; the corrugated woodwork presented in expressive surfaces such as Notte Stellata and Cenere Azzurra is expressed in two material aspects: one softer and continuous, the other more structured and rhythmic.

Originating from the Zagros Mountains, Pietra Grey is defined by a deep anthracite gray base with fine white veins and subtle variations revealed by changing light.

It gives the kitchen elements a sculptural, architectural character, especially in the island countertop and cabinet columns, where the material is fully expressed.

The surface is treated in two different ways, one polished and one brushed, creating an elegant material dialog.
