Convivium Kitchen

Convivium is an open space, an agile and organized kitchen; a place where being together becomes something to be shared again every day, where a series of concrete actions – storage, preparation, cooking – become rituals and emotions.

The aromas in the kitchen tell familiar stories or distant places, old recipes are passed down from generation to generation and new ones are tried, and most importantly, everyone eats together around the big table. Convivium tiles the walls of a warm, inviting and functional room with an island table in the center and canopy shelves that surround the entire room at picture rail height.

Flawless interiors, the kitchen flows into the living room. An innovative concept that Arclinea has been interpreting since 2002 with Convivium: the kitchen that becomes the focal point of the home thanks to a working island with a large, built-in wooden table. Now, new solutions are being added to meet today’s changing needs. A large, accessorized wall merges with the work island, providing unobtrusive storage for food and tools. In the center, the New Pocket System features two units hidden by disappearing doors. These open to provide excellent working conditions in the kitchen and offer extra workspaces for dishwashing and vertical cooking with the high oven units.

This solution evokes familiar memories of old kitchens, where cooking was part of sharing and socializing.
The focal point of the space is the Convivium island with bronze PVD stainless steel doors, a 20 cm thick Calacatta gold marble worktop with recesses and a bronze PVD New Convivium hood with glass frame. Mastery in the use of wood and attention to detail: NTF smoked oak and wood-paneled wall of high units for the Era built-in table.
