“Forma” is a grater designed to adapt to the shape of the palm, making it easy and pleasant to hold.
The organic shape is inspired by pebbles smoothed by water and wind and is made of stainless steel. “Forma” means “shape” in Italian. The pattern of asymmetrical holes allows the cheese to be grated and sprinkled unevenly, thus giving each dish a unique texture.
