Ghost Wall – WW is a system designed by Mikal Harrsen and symbolizes Cassina’s entry into the dressing room segment. A groundbreaking innovation, the launch of this complex system complements the company’s proposal for the bedroom, perfectly reflecting “The Cassina Perspective” philosophy, which focuses on creating complete and eclectic home environments.

Cassina’s dressing room concept begins with Ghost Wall, Harrsen’s first project for the company in 2022; a “ghost” wall made of decorative panels so thin that they are almost imperceptible. Today, this project coincides perfectly with the concept of the “Dressing Room”, from which the double “W” in the name is derived, and the introduction of a wide range of accessories specifically designed for this function.

Ghost Wall – WW goes beyond traditional dressing room systems, creating a space dedicated to itself. The maximum flexibility of customization extends not only to the system modules, but there is also the possibility to personalize the background of the panels with a wide variety of materials, colors and finishes. These include a version that can be customized with a wallpaper finish and seamlessly integrate with the user’s style.

Minimalist geometries and the thin thickness of the panels remain the hallmarks of Ghost Wall – WW. Thanks to Cassina’s in-depth research, Mikal Harrsen’s proposal is transformed into a sophisticated dressing room.

Key innovations include double-height decorative panels available in a variety of finishes to suit a wide range of styles, from lacquered wood to mirrored glass, fabric or even a version designed for applying special wallpaper. In Ghost Wall – WW, the aesthetics of the panels have been enhanced thanks to a new, thinner rail designed to mount the panels and accessories. This rail now appears as a hidden shadow in the space between the two panels, further emphasizing the decorative elements.

Ghost Wall – WW is designed to transform closets organization into a functional and refined experience. This system offers a wide range of elegant accessories designed to optimize every corner, from drawers for shirts and sweaters to trouser modules and illuminated shelves for shoes.

This collective offer also enriches the Ghost Box sideboard and storage unit collection, offering central islands designed specifically for the dressing room. These items enhance the Ghost Box’s defining aesthetic with new details. One innovation is the extra clear tempered glass top, which creates a showcase with a visually striking effect; perfect for displaying favourite accessories and contrasting with the structure beneath. The island offers a wide range of finishes and accessories, including boxes with dividers that can be inserted inside, perimeter stitching on the lid and internal dividers covered with fabric.

Ghost Wall – WW is a complex symphony with its rhythm marked by continuous shelves that can be equipped with lighting to provide effective yet discreet illumination.

A distinctive feature of this system is the meticulous attention to detail in its development. New angled shelves are introduced, available in versions with or without hangers, thus ensuring perfect integration with the environment and maximizing space optimization.Furthermore, the option of adding a lower illuminated plinth made of aluminium completes the composition, refining the lower section and defining the perimeter of the dressing room; an ideal solution when there are no storage units or shelves below.
