Miles is a collection inspired by the many similarities between music making and glass blowing. While pushing glassmaking to its limits, the balance that must be maintained between innovation and the physical constraints of materials and techniques is less obvious.
Simple outer casings house curving and elegantly fluted horn shapes. When stacked on top of each other, these connected internal forms become a rhythmic sculpture of light that draws attention but harmonizes with any environment.
