Imagine a sparkling water hiding fascinating, incredibly detailed mussels. Two crystal shells surround a light source set into a delicate mount in shiny anthracite or brushed gold. The glass shell bears an undulating patterned print. When lit, it creates the effect of light reflecting off a water surface. Organic shapes, natural colors and inspiration from the natural environment are evident at first glance.
The collection includes individual shell-shaped glass components that form a vertical grouping of six, twelve or eighteen light units clustered together to evoke how mussels appear in their natural habitat. These components can also be assembled individually, but through grouping, dramatic lighting installations are possible with dozens or even hundreds of pieces.
