PH Artichoke Pendant

In 1958, Poul Henningsen designed PH Artichoke for Langelinie Pavilion, a modernist restaurant in Copenhagen. PH Artichoke continues to fascinate guests today. Its sculptural design and the extraordinary light it provides have earned the pendant the status of an international design icon. Each of the 72 petals is carefully assembled by hand in the perfect position so that the light does not shine through and the light source is not visible from any angle. An iconic design that is truly timeless, PH Artichoke will add exclusivity to any home.

The anniversary edition is painted matt white on the outside and has a pale rose shade on the inside as a tribute to the original Poul Henningsen design; this design is in copper and pale rose. This luminaire provides a soft, warm light, while its frame made of metallized brass adds an elegant touch. Each PH Artichoke Anniversary Edition is engraved with a unique identification number and is limited to stock only, as only 300 lights with individually engraved numbers were produced.

-Light Source: It works with 1x100W E27 bulb. -Leaves: Laser cut steel, Top Diffuser: White outside, pale rose inside, bent steel and Frame: Brass metalized, laser cut steel. -The exterior is white powder coated and the interior is pale rose wet painted. -The luminaire emits a beautiful and cozy light, allowing light to be distributed both inside and outside.
