The new system Gruuve, designed by Patricia Urquiola, is an evolution of the independent seats from the Lowseat system designed for Moroso in 2000. The design of this new version becomes more robust with rounded profiles that extend to the floor.
Gruuve captures the spirit of the 1970s, giving a contemporary twist to the mismatched idea of a sofa that can be assembled at will. With the fluid, irregular lines of its four modules, the collection conveys a sense of dynamism to the room and gives its design an unexpected flexibility.
Placed in the center of the living space, Gruuve creates a unique labyrinth of intimate spaces, making it the star of both home and public spaces thanks to its charismatic design. The articulated yet continuous lines of the sofa encourage conversation and interaction, with a traditional armchair at the front and a more informal seat at the back.
