In the key to Lella and Massimo Vignelli’s original design, the creation speaks through its geometry and materials. Its basic shapes, defined by the soft tones of Venetian plaster and refined metal finishes, take on a new expression with the introduction of a marble top, now presented only in combination with the metal base surrounding the large glass surface. This striking material presence enriches the composition and results in a harmonious balance of monumental proportions.
