The outline of the light resembles the typology of a classic table lamp that always accompanies people during their evening sessions. The archetypal silhouette in the concept of pure form features an aperture with a double-sided light source in an aluminum luminaire. The flat source gently diffuses its light in two directions, upwards and downwards towards the glass base, creating intimate atmospheric effects. Both sizes are available in clear, brown, smoke gray or opal glass. The intensity of the experience can be adjusted thanks to an integrated dimmer.
The mantle shape, which together acts as shadow and base, evokes a sense of lightness and sublimity. A special glass blowing method is needed to create the mantle as a single piece. The overall appearance of the light emphasizes the idea that beauty lies in simplicity.
