Yuh Wall Lamp
Danish-Italian design duo GamFratesi designed Yuh for Louis Poulsen in 2017. The name Yuh is the phonetic form of the word “you”, the letters representing the sound the voice makes to say “you”. Initially released in black and white, the family has expanded to include brass and marble versions. One of the main features of the lamp is that it is personal. The light is flexible and takes up little space. It can rotate, rise and descend. It can create lighting and ambiance in the desired area. The form of the lampshade is geometrically determined by its movement on the body. From a circular shape at the bottom of the lampshade to a linear opening at the top, a minimalist look is created.
