You can request a return by filling out the Return Request Form within 14 days of your order’s delivery date.
14-Day Return Policy
To return items, please fill out the return request form and send it back with your order within 14 days of receiving it. For a product to be eligible for return, it must be unused, in its original packaging, and undamaged in any way.
In-Store Exchanges
You can exchange products purchased from Mozaikdesign.com for any other product of your choice at Mozaik stores within 14 days. In-store exchanges are valid for products in-store. To complete your exchange, you must contact us to schedule an appointment before visiting our store.
Refunds
Provided that the products you return meet the return criteria, refund processing will be completed within 3 business days and the funds will be transferred to your bank. The refunded amount typically appears on credit cards within 1–3 business days; however, for debit cards, this process may take longer depending on your bank. Refunds for installment payments are processed in installments, as required by bank procedures. You can track the refund process by contacting your bank.
