Elena Salmistraro

Elena Salmistraro is a designer and artist living and working in Milan. In 2009, she founded her own studio and began creating projects that merge art and design. Her works, characterized by meticulous attention to detail, a meticulous search for harmony in shapes, and a poetic approach, have been featured in international exhibitions. In 2017, she won the “Miglior Designer Emergente/Best Emerging Designer” award at the “Salone del Mobile Design Award.” In the same year, she was appointed as an ambassador of Italian design worldwide by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In 2018, she was appointed as the Ambassador of the Brera Design District.
