It was designed by Le Corbusier in 1963 for the Parliament of Chandigarh in India. The parliament floor lamp is a symbol of 1950s modernism. Inspired by the industrial lighting of the time, the lamp has an elegant look.
The diffuser consists of two opposing aluminum cones and accommodates two dimmable halogen or LED light sources.
