Introduced in 2025, the VL Ring Crown Floor and Table lamps honor the original VL Ring Crown series with over 80 years of history. VL Ring Crown lamps are part of a series of pendant lamps, chandeliers and sconces designed by Danish architect Vilhelm Lauritzen for Radiohuset (Radio House), the headquarters of the Danish Broadcasting Corporation, which opened just after the end of World War II in 1945.
True to the original design and materials, the VL Ring Crown Floor and Table lamps, with their polished brass and shiny, three-tiered, blown opal white glass lamp shades, perfectly complement the lamp designs used for the first time at Radiohuset. Vilhelm Lauritzen also designed the VL 38, VL Studio and VL 45 lamps for Radiohuset.
