PH 80 Table Lamp

PH 80 was originally a table and floor lamp dedicated to Poul Henningsen, one of Denmark’s most famous designers, particularly known for his work in lighting. PH 80 was designed as a tribute to Henningsen after his death, on his 80th birthday in 1974.

The original PH 80 is part of Henningsen’s famous “PH series” and follows the principles of creating glare-free lighting with its multi-layered design. The PH 80 Table Lamp is both functional and aesthetic, providing warm and diffused, comfortable and indirect lighting, suitable for both private homes and professional environments.

• The luminaire emits a diffused, reflected and symmetrical light. Most of the light is directed downwards. Opal acrylic lampshades provide comfortable room lighting. In the original luminaire, the red hue of the upper reflector gives the light an intense and warm glow. The white version has a white top reflector that reflects the light, resulting in a clean and elegant look. The choice of light source will determine the color of the lighting.
