Designed by Patricia Urquiola for Moroso, the Getlucky Armchair draws attention with its simple forms: In Getlucky, Urquiola skillfully uses binary geometry to join the seat sections and backrests, bringing them together harmoniously.
Getlucky was created as a small armchair for around the dining table and stands out for its minimal forms. A soft backrest wraps around the back like a ribbon. In Getlucky, the backrest and seat are geometric forms and perfectly balanced; the dialog between these particular shapes becomes magical and sculptural in Getlucky’s sister piece, the Moroso Ruff Armchair, also designed by Urquiola.
The Getlucky Armchair consists of flame-retardant polyurethane foam injected on an inner steel frame with a swivel base. There are transparent PVC feet screwed to the frame. The swivel base is black RAL 9005 powder coated steel.
